Returns

First we would like to say that we are a company with scruples and will always treat our customers with respect and fairness.  We are not out to just make a quick buck.  We are here to offer you products that you and your dog will enjoy. That being said, we have to have some rules, so we are listing them for you below.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, shampoos and soaps that have been opened, dog health items such as opened toothbrushes and toothpaste and opened  flea products and flea collars. Clothing needs to be clean and in original condition, no nail snags, covered in fur, or washed. 


Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the same day we receive your return. We are not responsible for the credit card companies processing time.

Exchanges 

We at the Diggity Dog want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We will always exchange sizes if we have it in stock.  We will also exchange if your product, God forbid, is broken!  Then of course please send it back! Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10738 35th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98125, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. If you are returning an item due to damage, and we are sending you out a new one, we will credit your account for the shipping cost you paid to send it back to us. We want to be fair.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
